The 8 Channel Relay Module is a high-performance relay board that enables microcontrollers to independently control up to eight high-voltage AC or DC devices. It is ideal for home automation, industrial control, robotics, and IoT applications requiring multiple switching channels.
The 8 Channel Relay Module features eight 5V electromagnetic relays, each capable of switching high-current AC or DC loads using low-voltage control signals from a microcontroller. Each relay channel includes a transistor driver, flyback protection, status LED, and, on most models, optocoupler isolation for improved electrical safety and noise immunity.
The module allows independent control of eight electrical devices such as lights, fans, pumps, motors, solenoid valves, and household appliances. Screw terminal blocks provide secure connections for the relay outputs, while the input header allows simple interfacing with Arduino, ESP8266, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, STM32, AVR, PIC, and other development boards.
This module is widely used in smart home systems, industrial automation, energy management, security systems, and remote equipment control where multiple loads need to be switched simultaneously.
